Suggest Dosage For Ziac
Question: At least 10 times in the last 12 hrs today I feel like my brain is vibrating, it gives me a dizzy feeling that lasts for approx. 5 to 10 sec? I'm 57 and on a lose dose of Ziac and an asprin daily.

Second common factor which may give rise to this complaint is -cervical sondylosis.
This can be diagnosed with the help of x ray neck.
So, kindly discuss these points with your GP and check the BP and if that is okay, go for the X ray neck.
It is also advisable not to move around during such episodes and sit down or get hold of something fixed to prevent falls.
