Question: Can I take a 5 mg Cialis every other day

Cialis should be taken once a day. Not every other day.

Detailed Answer:
You can try to take 5 mg. But in such case you should take it every day. Taking it every other day is not a good idea as you may find it ineffective.
So either you take 2,5mg or 5mg once a day.
