Brief Answer:
All Regimens i have mentioned below with dosage.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
Welcome to health care magic,

The commonly recommended regimes for treatment of H. pylori are the triple therapy regimes -

1) omeprazole 40 mg, amoxicillin 500 mg and clarithromycin 500 mg (OAC) regime,

2) lansoprazole 30 mg, amoxicillin 500 mg and clarithromycin 500 mg (LAC) regime and

3) bismuth subsalicylate 120, metronidazole 400 mg and tetracycline 500 mg (BMT) regime.

If there is failure of triple drug regimen or resistant strain of h.pylori then one can try alternative triple therapy or quadruple therapy.

A) Alternative Triple drug therapy

(i) omeprazole 40 mg+ amoxycillin 500 mg + metronidazole 400 mg.

(ii) ranitidine 300 mg + amoxycillin 750 mg + metronidazole 500 mg.

(iii) colloidal bismuth subcitrate 120 mg+ tetracycline 500 mg + metronidazole 400 mg.

(B) quadruple therapy

pantoprazole 40 mg/ rabeprazole 40 mg+ colloidal bismuth subcitrate 120 mg + tetracycline 500 mg + metronidazole 500 mg.

You can discuss all the above regimens to your treating gastro-physician and he can prescribe you the best among all regimens according to your medical history and suitability.
