Suggest Dosage Of Zotanixin And Amoebriz

Question: My husband just came home form Mexico where he was diagnosed with parasites, I had been in Mexico too, not this last week, a few months ago, but was not tested. He brought me Zotanix, Amoebriz and Libertrim. How should I take them? Amoebriz and zotanixin seem to be anti parasite, and I think I should take them, but Libertrim seems to be for something else. What do you think?

What if I take zotanixin and amoebriz tonight, approx. 10 pm and both again tomorrow about 10 am and continue taking the 3 other zotanixin 12 hours apart? and don't take the libertrim at all?

Hi and thanks so much for they query.

If you were never tested and you have no symptoms, I will suggest that you don’t go ahead taking medications. Drugs should be taken if you are sick. Between, though there are parasites in Mexico, it does not mean that you necessarily contracted them.

These medications do not have standard dosages. How much and the duration depends on the exact parasites. I will not support that you take this without a good sense of what we are targeting and treating.

I will recommend testing first. If any germs are identified, we will treat accordingly. If no germs are identified, we will let go without administering drugs that will not be of any added value.
