Question: Hai sir,
my name is XXXX XXXXXXX
i have one year baby. this month not coming the period.i tested lab and result is positive iwant continue periods because of we have already one year child so kindly suggest d removing d pragancy

please advice for me don't want pragency next 3 years becuase of my kid very small age.

Hi Likitha, thanks for responding. Your gestation age today is 4 weeks4 days. I would suggest you to wait for one week and then get a transvaginal ultrasound to rule out ectopic pregnancy.
If it is a normal intrauterine pregnancy, then you can abort the pregnancy by medical method of abortion under the supervision of a registered medical practitioner.

Hi Likitha, At 4 weeks 4 days, the gestation sac us very small and pregnancy cannot be detected by ultrasound. So ectopic pregnancy cannot be ruled, which should always be ruled out before giving medical abortion.
Moreover, chances of failure of medical abortion are more if taken earlier than 5 weeks. So, I would suggest you to wait for one week, and it will not be too late, as proper management can then be done.
