Question: i want to know about pills which r easily available in market , which allow us to have safe sex with our life patner without gettting pregnant apart from condom

thank u very much doc as today is fourth day of my mensuration and for a good sex life i want to take medicine to avoid condom , i only have pain or cramps in my period days and from when should i start any medicine and the dosage and how to have it and any precuation will u suggest me for that

Since you will start the pills for the first time these should be started from day 1 of your periods- take it for 21 days as instructed on the pack then give a 7-day pill free interval and start with a next pack after that. Do start these from your next cycle as today is your day 4. You will have to use condoms in this cycles if you start taking the pills now.
You might have a reduced bleeding in first few cycles.

thank u doc for replying so fast and and for the effective answer , just last querry is there any other option to have safe sex except condom till my next date ,as from next date i will take the pill but till then is there any other option except condom and if yes what are those which are available in XXXXXXX pharmacies , and once again thankx i am from north bengal too ,, u r really a gud doc thank u v.much

You can use Today Gynol, Encare, Conceptrol, Crinone or Advantage S according to your convenience. But if used alone it is lesser effective than condom.
