Brief Answer:
Physical massage is different from physiotherapy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

I have gone through your discussion with the fellow consultant. He rightly pointed out that it is the -physical exercises for neck muscles/cervical spine done with proper technique-that will help you the most.

Physical massage and physical exercises are different things.Physical massage may not have helped you that much but physiotherapy exercises will likely help.

A chiropractor's help can also be taken. At the same time, medicines may help if symptoms are troublesome.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.
