The best way to keep and to get your Lift Sagging Breasts is you should do chest exercises.
Firm chest muscles and great posture can help improve the appearance and lift of your breasts.
I give you some instruction like :
1.Wear a proper fitting sports bra during exercise.

2.Drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated. Drink at least eight glasses of water per day. Skin that loses water content becomes wrinkled and droopy.

3.Stand up straight and pull your shoulders back.

4.f you have never lifted weights before, start slow with one to two sets and eight to 12 repetitions to give your muscles and joints time to adapt to the new stresses before you increase your intensity.

5.Massage your breasts with a moisturizer to help retain elasticity and keep skin supple. Use an exfoliant on the skin to help stimulate circulation.
