Question: Dear Dr,

May I know what are some ways to lose fats on the face as a general? I'm slightly below avg weight and even if I lose weight further , the fats on the face is still there . I really envy those who have a slim face even when they are fat or big belly!!!!

What are some natural methods to slim it down ?

Facial fat is difficult to loose as we don't exercise this part.
Chewing gum is a good way to loose facial fat.
Chew two or three chewing gums daily.
Do a few facial exercise.
You can learn them from internet.
Take salads before taking meals.
This will reduce fat absorption and help you in loosing fat.
