Suggest Fiber Rich Diet To Stay Healthy

Question: hi,
I have been trying to keep healthy by running.
training for the same, I run around 15 kms per week apart from the daily steps count of 10k.
I have 1 scoop of protein in the morning and another post run/workout. Also, I drink more than 2 litres of water every day.
I want some suggestion on fibre rich foods which I can incorporate along with my general food.
note: I have a spoon of chia seeds in the morning along with oats and curd. a small cup of lentils in the afternoon.
vegetables are normal part of food as lunch and dinner.
1 Apple a day.
