Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for your message.
I will be helping you with your query.
First and foremost, a family history of diabetes is significant if the it is type 1 diabetes (predominantly). Besides HbA1C of 6.1 is practically normal (most labs take up to 6.5 as normal- please refer to reference range in your report). So I don't think you have diabetes yet (please confirm if otherwise previously diagnosed - then it could be a well managed diabetes too).
High triglyceride would need a prescription of finofibrate. This if triglyceride is the only lipid profile that is reported deranged.
Coming to Vitamin B12 deficiency. A common cause of this is a vegan diet. A good option i supplements since they definitely do not have any lipids.
Considering food, some of the best food sources of vitamin B-12 are beef liver and eggs, but contain high amounts of dietary cholesterol. To treat a B-12 deficiency without further elevating your cholesterol levels, include fish, poultry and non-fat milk in your diet. You can also take B-12 supplements.

Bananas are also a good option for your condition if you are a vegan (https://universityhealthnews.com/daily/nutrition/health-benefits-bananas/).
Diets that will help your raised triglycerides include Mediterranean diet and citrus fruits. You van always try them. The details on Mediterranean pattern of diet and an example of the way it can be taken is well described on the subsequent link

I have tried to make it as simple as possible.
Feel free to ask a further doubt on the subject if needed.
Best of luck,
