No of the above doctor. Is because of acidity mouth stinks ? Because I do miss morning breakfasts for somedays as I work in night shift. will that be realtors to bad breathe ?

- Get a dental check up done followed by a dental cleaning.
- Do mouth gargles with Listerine solution at least 2 times daily, and after you mail meals.
- Avoid too much of onions and garlic in your diet.
- Have timely meals, do not skip your breakfast.
- Drink plenty of fluids as even dry mouth can cause bad breath
- You can add a pinch of baking soda or few drops of lemon juice while brushing your teeth. You can also use charcoal powder to brush your teeth twice a week.
Since you do not have any of the associated diseases or conditions, it is nothing to worry. It should resolve on its own.
