Question: Hi.can you please suggest some healthy diet which i can try for 1 week. I am 31 yrs. i dont eat much vegetables and fruits.

Of carbohydrate, protein, fat &minerals.without fruits &vegetables it is really difficult for fresh diett.u can try 2ith chicken without skin, corn (flakes&boiled), oats, barley, handful of dryfruits like almonds, raisins,soqked&sprouted pulses,fish
