Brief Answer:
needs atleast walking
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing to us.
Donot worry.
The diet you mentioned is very good.
I would add
1) 3 servings of vegetables and fruits each daily.
2) try low fat milk
3) Oats
4) Add less sugar
There's no magic pill to help her lose weight: A healthy diet combined with regular exercise is the best way to shed kilos. And it's important to exercise while trying to lose weight to ensure she is losing fat instead of muscle.
Without exercise only muscle will be lost
Simple exercise :
Just taking a quick walk around the block with your baby in the stroller for 30 min daily
Wishing good health
