drainage is the best treatment for such cases. The natural way to go is to apply warmth on the area which will help it to drain spontaneously. If it's soft enough perhaps you can help it a bit. Make sure the area is clean by using a local antiseptic like chlorhexidine. If the cavity is not complicated by adhesions which may keep foci of infection trapped inside, drainage alone may suffice. Sometimes surgical intervention is required. Antibiotics might also be needed.
Of course medical treatment is preferred over home remedies because the doctor can assess your condition better and provide the best solution.
