There is no need of any treatment or home remedy for penile lymphocele. It is a self limiting condition. Just apply hot compresses over the swelling. Do not masturbate or involve in intercourse for 3 weeks.
You can continue after the swelling resolves.

Hi,

You seem to have hair follicle infection. It is not lymphocoele. Just apply over the counter antibiotic cream. Put warm water bag on it two to three times a day. the redness comes down and so the follicle infection.
