Question: Hi Doctor,
I am suffering from Chromic Sinusitis and Migrain headache (one side headache, mostly on left side).
Since few day it is worse as i am getting up with block and heavy nose and sever
headache, which becomes worse as teh day progresses.
No Running nose but occasional sneezes.
Please suggest some homeopathic medicine.

The local Homeopathy pharmacy says the following.

We have Silicia 200C, XXXXXXX bichronicum 200C, Melilotus XXXXXXX Q in stock.
We don't have Sanguneria can Q, the lowest potency we can supply is 6X.

Please let me know if this is okay to take it
