Brief Answer:
Enuresis at this age is normal

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting the Homeopathy section of AYUS(H) and after reviewing your case history and considering the age I'm of the following opinion:

1. bed wetting or urinary incontinence [UI] is common at his age group and likelihood of UI increases if age is around 5-6 years [for daytime UI] and 7 years [ for night time UI]

PS. after 5 years of age more than 99% of children can control urination during day whereas nocturnal enuresis is more common than daytime wetting

2. before going for any over the counter [OTC] medicine do consult a child specialist [pediatric nephrologist] to exclude any structural abnormality of urinary tract or any behavioral [ADHD/Anxiety] problem

3. Remember that UI goes away naturally as he attains physical growth and mental development and presently bladder training [every 2-3 hours], avoiding caffeinated drinks is/are sufficient, however to relax the bladder muscle and calm the mind, I usually prescribe following medicine(s) to my patient(s):

i. Causticum [with casein free lactose/sucrose] is the safest and effective medicine in child having UI problem: 6C dissolve 3 pellets under the tongue thrice daily or contact a qualified homeopath near your locality [for a month]
