Based on your report and detail case study i am suggesting some medicine. You can start the treatment as prescribed
1 Calcarea Flour 1CM 4 drops once in a month
2 Carcinosin 200 6 pills once in day
3 Lapis XXXXXXX 6x 4 pills or 10 drops twice in day
4 Ars Iod 6x 4 pills twice in day

Homoeopathy works good to eliminate the chances of recurrence. But in your case the tumor has already enlarged (11x3.8 cm) and the location is also matter of concern that it may affect the urinary bladder.
