Question: I have complete dryness at vagina due to which I have lost feelings about sex.

Its pains a lot while having sex with my husband.

Yes she has to take all 4 medicine as per prescribed dose.
Medicine will be in the form of small pills and she has to put them on the tongue and allows to melt slowly.
keep a gap of 10 to 15 minute between each medicine.
Medicine will help to activate the hormone responsible for normal functioning of organ. Medicine are not hormonal treatment so safe to use.

I was searching medicine online I found LM & CH FOR example Lycopodium LM & CH. Which shall I go for LM or CH ?
