Brief Answer:
Needs to increase the dose further.

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, hi and welcome to HealthcareMagic,

your January report says you had a TSH of 71. your prescription is dated 16 of Feb, so since then you are on tab tyroxine 100 mcg. now your april repprt says TSH of 12. so after 2 months of therapy, we get a TSH which is still high. so what we need to do is further increase the dose slightly. Let us make it tab tyrosine 125 mcg, ensure you are taking it first thing in the morning, empty stomach and do not take anything to eat or drink for another 30 minutes over the tablet. rest please continue your calcium, vitamin D, and multivitamin. recheck your thyroid profile after 6- 8 weeks, and get back to us.
