Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX
Symptomatic correlation of the disease is suggestive of Deep vein thrombosis. Yet for final diagnosis diagnostic test may be required. Blood reports are normal accept moderate increase in the Lymphocyte . Swelling of the lower ankle , ulceration , pain change in color red or dark red is the clear sign of DVT. This may cause due to damage of vein or clot of blood in deep vein due to some reason.
Result the blood supply of the lower part is affected and due t this the tissue dies slowly.
I would advice you to avoid standing for long time and apply pressure bandage to lower foot. meanwhile go for Color dopplor test of leg this will help to make accurate diagnosis .
Start with the following medicine
1 Vipera 30 6 pills one dose in every alternate days (Monday, Wednesday, friday)
2 Lachesis 30 6 pills one dose in every alternate days (Tuesday, Thursday, saturday)
3 Formic acid 30 6 pills twice in day
No need to take cantheris and anthracinum
Hope this is clear to you

Thanks

Detailed Answer:
Hello
you can apply warm water treatment for external relief.

To avoid swelling your have to follow
1 Take plenty of water
2 avoid alcohol and smoking
3 use stocking or pressure bandage
4 Exercise: bending pressing massage of your leg will help to smooth circulation

Rather than hydrotherapy exercise and massage will help you more to avoid swelling
