Suggest Ideal And Medically Advisable Mattress For Neck And Back Support
Question: My Father age 62yr was 1 Month back got operated for L4/L5 Spine disc bulging. We want are looking for a mattress which should provide good support to Spine. Could you please provide your suggestion whether Sping Mattress or Foam Mattress or Rubberised Coir Mattress will be good for Spine Care.

Best way to check is to lie down on the mattress for sometime and see if it takes the contour of your spine and is little bit hard (not too hard). Second thing to check is that on lying on that mattress your back should not hurt.
