Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you!
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and I can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I assure you not to worry as I will take care all of your medical concerns.
According to estimated energy requirements, with your height and weight, you need 1800-2400 calories daily, having said that you do mild to moderate physical activity too. Also keep an eye on your BMI (body mass index) which may not be more than 22.5 for you.
The most important thing is, excess of everything is bad. Don't take too much bear on weekends. It will spoil your health & will eventually lead to liver damage. You are looking at only one aspect, and that is calories, and you don't eat too much when take bears at weekends, I appreciate. But the most important is the quality of foods you take.
Add fruits, fresh juices, vegetables and salads in diet too. It will give you micronutrients needed for vital functions of the body.
Hope it helps. If agreed and satisfied with the answer, please close the discussion and rate a five star. If you need further, detailed and quick assistance related to any health issues in future, feel free to 'ask me a question' directly from my profile.

Yes, on an average, 2000 is a good number for you and you will not lose weight. Multivitamins are necessary for alcoholics because they get deficient in certain vitamins and micronutrients due to alcohol. So keep taking multivitamins.

I am really happy to help you back for a follow up query.
Yes this is best option for you and you will not lose weight, rather you will maintain your weight in limits. But keep an eye on your BMI too (as I discussed earlier too). And, if you feel any rise in BMI you may lessen the calorie intake accordingly.
