Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.
I understand your concern.
By 18 months, your toddler will be joining in with family meals. She may be able to even use a spoon.
Perhaps your toddler can drink from a cup without spilling any of its contents. Her molar teeth will be starting to come through. This means her chewing skills will be better than ever, too.
Your toddler may eat lots at one meal, yet nothing at the next. Try not to worry about this.Try to judge how well your toddler is doing not by how much she eats, but by how much energy she has and how well she is growing and developing.
Because of her small tummy, your toddler won't be able to eat very much in one sitting. Offer a healthy snack between lunch and dinner. Some examples of a good, healthy snack are a piece of cheese, a piece of fruit, a small idli, baked potato (aloo) Tikki, a small vegetable cutlet or breadstick. Or perhaps your toddler likes raw vegetables, such as cucumber sticks, carrot batons or slices of tomato.
