Brief Answer:
High protein diet advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through your question.

The diet of a pregnant woman should consist of high protein content, as growth and development of the fetus is dependent on the mother. I am giving the probable diet plan for your wife who is into her 6th month of pregnancy. (I am assuming that she has no medical complication like diabetes or hypertension.)

Morning 7 am-1 cup tea + 2 breads/biscuits
9 am- breakfast- 2/3 chapatis+ 1/2-1 cup vegetables
11 am- 1 glass milk +1/2 katori dry fruits (assorted)
1 pm- lunch- 2/3 chapatis+1/2 plate rice +1 katori daal (legumes)+ vegetables+salad+100 gm curd
3 pm- any seasonal fruit
5 pm- 1 cup tea+ evening snack (poha, mathri etc)
8-9pm- dinner, pattern same as lunch
10pm- 1 glass milk + snack
Include more milk and milk products in diet like cottage cheese, curd, chena

Normal symptoms during 6th month of pregnancy are:
-enlargement of uterus
-nausea and vomiting of first trimester usually completely subside
-fetal movements are discretely perceived
-appetite is improved
-tiredness and lethargy continues

Hope you found the answer helpful. Please get back for further queries.
Wishing you both good health.
