Suggest Ideal Diet While Undergoing Weight Training
Question: Hi,
I am male 33 year old, weight 85 kg, height 5'7".
I recently started going to the gym and eating only home food.,(no beverage of Nay kind)
I used to go to the gym in evening from 7-8.
And do 30 minutes cardio and 30 minutes weight training.
So, what should be my before and after workout meal (basically the dinner)
Please note, I don't have any health issues.
