Brief Answer:
It is safe

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

I pill contains slightly high amount of natural hormones which makes it impossible to get pregnant due to unfavorable environment in uterus. I mean to say that there are natural hormones and so the side effects are very much limited.

However if they are used very often, say more than twice in a month I think regular use of oral contraceptive pill should be considered as it have less side effects in compare to intermittent use of high dose of hormones.

Regarding safe period I like to inform you that ovulation takes place 14 days before next period so if she have regular period avoiding sex four days before and four days after ovulation is safe in regard to risk of pregnancy. Suppose she have 30 days cycle in that scenario avoid sex from 12th day to 20th day.

I hope this answers you.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for follow up.

It is true that overweight causes deceased testosterone and altered lipid profile, which further deteriorates your sexual health. In addition increased weight is associated with negative perceptions about self leading to decreased self esteem and sexual performance.

Hypothyroidism again a cause of low sex drive and increased weight.

Since we know the two causes at this stage for low sexual libido, correcting them is of utmost importance to increase sex drive.

I hope this answers you further.
Thanks and regards.
