Question: hi, I'm college going student. I'm underweight because my BMI is 17. Kindly suggest me the diet plan of entire day to gain mass and healthy body. I feel low and demotivated most of the time. I feel alone too. I don't have love ones.

I'm 19 and obviously male. I don't exercise however I do works require bodily efforts. I eat in the afternoon and then at night. I'm vegetarian.
No fortunately I'm not on medication. I haven't lost weight however my weight is same and I'm malnourished since my childhood.

Healthy weight gain occurs only when there is calorie surplus and high protein in diet to aid growth and repair only after a exercise which stimulates anabolism.
