Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
First I will answer your present query and then dwell further on your fever.
Whether gall bladder is still having typhoid or not can be detected by stool culture.
Once the typhoid fever becmes normal,one should get his stool culture three times 48 hours apart.
If negative then it means,your gall bladder doesn't have infection.
Now coming to the fever, both widal and typhidot tests are routinely done to diagnose typhoid but the fact is that they are poor tests to diagnose typhoid and are highly unreliable.
The best tests for diagnosis of typhoid are blood culture and stool culture.
In nutshell,your present fever may not be even typhoid.
Better go for blood and stool culture.

Yea after I got fever 4 days back I done both blood nd stool culture but result was steril. Only widal nd igm came plostive nd 1:80 ratio .. So i started antibiotics but yesday I gave blood again widal everything came as negative ... So shuld I continue antibiotics ?? Y titres are not showing second time ??

Stop antibiotics.

Hello,
It could be due to viral fever.
Just wit and watch and take paracetamol for fever or bodyache or headache.
You can take paracetamol every 6 hours,if needed.
