Question: I had sex with 5 girls w/o protection as they were my girlfriends . I am quite sure that they are not infected but i still want to clear my doubt and i want to ask that which test should i go for ? I am worried when i saw hiv symptoms .

I have not faced any sort of fever or flu ,no swollen glands, no sign which can be considered as symptom of hiv.



But yes i had skin patch on my chest and back which was on my body before i came in contact with any girl sexually.



I did had a problem of slip disc . And no specific symptom i'hv faced except this tiredness and laziness.



Please tell me what should i do .

I'm 26 years old . Sir from last few days i am suffering with tiredness and i am not able to go for my regular workout due to that tiredness . Now let me tell you about my medical history . I have never suffered with this kind of tiredness and laziness before and its about 1.5 year back i suffered a lower back injury in the gym while doing a deadlift. After that perticular injury my performance in gym was not like it was before. And i want to tell you about my sexual life too
At the age 19-20 years i got involved in my first sexual activity and i used a protection and also i want to be clear that at that time i released the sperm outside .after removing condom.

After 2-3 years i had sex with my girlfriend who was not infected i am sure about that .

Again after an year i got involved with the same girl and i am sure that she was not infected .

An year later i got involved with another girl who was my girlfriend too but i just had oral sex with her we never had sexual intercourse.

After a few months i again got involved with a girl and she was also my girlfriend .

And last year 2015 i got involved in sexual activity with two different girls who were my girlfriend as well .

I want to clear that i had unprotected sex with them as they claim that they are not infected and i can trust a few of them but not all of them .

I have not faced any such problem which can be considered as an hiv symptom but i want to get it tested and be sure about my health .

I have a patch on my chest and back which is red and it is on my body since i was 14-15 years old .

I have not consulted any doctor . As i have never faced any problem .

This time i was worried and that is why i searched it on google and found that these are some symptoms of hiv .

I want to know about all the symptoms of hiv and how do i notice them and do they last forever ?

Which test should i go for and what steps should i take now ?

Please help me doctor . I am extremly worried now and i really don't understand what to do .


Oh i forgot to tell something about my medical condition too . I got my blood test which was normal . And a few months before i was having the problem of shortness of breath i went to the doctor and got an ECG done which was normal . These days i rarely breath through my nose i use my mouth for breathing and i am feeling a little bit of shortness of breath not regular but some times i take it properly and some times i take a long breath through my mouth .

I don't know what sort of symptom is it .
Please tell me about this problem .
