Brief Answer:
Lymph node removal and testing by a pathologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Where are this lymph nodes located?

Generally to diagnose Hodkins Lymphoma, lymph node should be removed and tested by a pathologist. This is the best way to diagnose it.
Lymphoma usually gives also night sweating, tiredness, shortness of breath. The lymph nodes grow really fast and become visible especially above and under the clavicles, on the neck.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
MRI wont diagnose it.

Detailed Answer:
MRI can tell about how do this lymph nodes look like. But still, this wont give no information about the cells which are inside the lymph nodes. In case of Hodgkins Lymphoma, lymph node contains 95% of limfocytes and only 5% of cancer cells. This really can not be seen in the MRI.
So biopsy or lymph node removal are the best and quickest to answer your question.
