Brief Answer:
get a serum beta hcg test

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM ,

The best way to learn or rule out pregnancy would be to undertake a serum beta HCG test as of now, this being the earliest test which an be done 7 days post intercourse and is based on HCG levels.

If HCG levels are less than 5ng/dl then you are surely not pregnant and the bleeding is menses.

Let me know if there's any further queries.
