Question: Hi doctor.. need help..had sex on 4 XXXXXXX bt immediately took unwanted72. Tested for pregnancy initially on 8 XXXXXXX and found positiv. Took again tst on 3 feb bt dis tym pregnancy test is negativ. Today is 17 bt still periods didn't come.. what should be done... having vomiting and stomachache also. Need advise. ..

1) Taking Unwanted 72 (emergency pill) within first 24 hrs gives more than 95% protection against unwanted pregnancy. Here, chance of pregnancy is quite low.
2) You CAN'T get positive test within 4 days of sexual intercourse (if you are NOT pregnant from previous sexual act). There should be a minimum 2 to 4 weeks gap from last sex for validation of pregnancy test.
3) In this controversy of test result, I suggest you to undergo one blood test for beta-hCG to confirm or rule out possible pregnancy. Next course of treatment should be started after reviewing test report.

At first, you need to confirm pregnancy with above mentioned test (beta-hCG) for further course of treatment.
If test is negative, then period can be induced with progesterone pill and you will get your period within 3-5 days after stopping them.
If test is positive, then medical abortion should be done with abortion pill after consultation with local doctor or gynecologist.
In the mean time, I can suggest to take Pantop-DSR (1 Cap Once daily) for vomiting and stomach ache. Drink more fluid and take adequate rest.
Review with test report at the earliest. Good luck.
