Suggest Medication And Treatment For Sudden Unexpected Pain In The Upper Abdomen Followed By Vomiting
Question: I am 30 year old femal had pain in above abdomen from yesterday night after having boiled egg, Morning i had vomitting also and whenever i am eating food am having stomach ache just upper side please suggest me some medicine and also am trying to conceive so it will not effect

The symptoms you are describing are mostly suggestive of Bacterial gastroenteritis (commonly called food poisoning clostridium related due to eggs), which is the bacterial infection of the intestine.
Stool analysis and culture are required to confirm the diagnosis.
Management is with antibiotics
Tab Rifaximin 550 mg once daily 9 a.m
Tab Metronidazole 400 mg thrice a day(9a.m-3p.m-9p.m)
For vomiting take Pantocid DSR once daily
Tab Dicyclomine 10 mg thrice daily for pain.
You will need a prescription(If outside India).
Meanwhile, drink plenty of water and electrolyte containing drinks like Gatorade or Oral rehydration solution. Follow soft diet. (Banana, Rice, Curd, and Toast) diet will be easier on your tummy.
