Will periodically I have every time I eat and it's very uncomfortable usually last for a week or two I have had a test for gastroparesis and I'm waiting on a breath Test.
I am thinking it is just irritable bowels??

Hi,
Gastroparesis and irritable bowel syndrome are two different conditions.

There are two main types of IBS- Diarrhea predominant and constipation predominant.
In diarrhea predominant IBS, the symptoms are abdominal discomfort associated with loose stools or increased frequency of bowel movements.

In constipation predominant IBS, the symptoms are abdominal discomfort associated with constipation.

What symptoms you have?

I mostly get diarrhea but experience a lot of gas including burping... when I eat my stomach bloats up pretty big and it is painful... that lasts a week or more then usually gets back to not bloating?

1. T.Rifaximin 400 mg 1-1-1 for 1 week
2. T.Librax 1-0-1 for 4 weeks
3. C.VSL #3 1-0-0 for 4 weeks
4. T.Nexium 1-0-0 before breakgfast for 4 weeks
