Brief Answer:
Anal fissures are curable.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Most fissures are curable by conservative measures. Ofloxacin and ornidazole will help to clear up any infection if present. Diltiazem will give relaxation to the sphincter. Tramasure gives pain relief and there by again relaxation. So this will be helpful for healing.

Take more water and dietary fiber. Using stool softeners like lactulose or softovac is also good. Avoid straining while defeacation. Use warm water for washing anal area before and after defeacation. You can also do sits bath. These all measures will help to heal.

Have a follow up after 2 to 3 weeks. If this don't heal even after 8 weeks then surgical treatment is advised.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

Take more than 2 litres of water per day. This you can increase according to the weather. Make sure your urine is not dark.
Take food rich in fiber. You can take whole wheat bread or rye bread or wheat tortillas for break fast. Include whole fruits. You can take apple or citrus fruits and banana.
For lunch you can include brown rice which is fiber rich. Also include peas or beans. Limit or avoid meat. You can take kefir , yogurt or curd instead of milk. You can also take vegetable salads.
For dinner you can take oats. Taking prunes or prune juice at bed time is good also. Include whole fruits and vegetable salads.
