Brief Answer:
Sitz bath, high fibers.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted your history of 5 months pregnancy and have anal fissure which bleeds when you pass stool.
Since you are pregnant, there are so many medicines that we can not give.
Hence I am going to suggest you only those things that will help you without causing any harm to you and your baby.

Please discuss these with your Gynecologist before you start anything anew.
- Sitz bath, Sitting in a tub with warm water. Please add nothing to water.
- Natural laxatives like foods rich in high fibers like green leafy vegetables.
By this time you can recollect the foods that gives you smooth passage of stool.
Strictly avoid all the foods and beverages that you know of causing constipation or hard stools.
- Medicines are better avoided unless a must.

I was just wondering: fissure causes pain and bleeding may or may not be present.
Bleeding without pain is more suggestive of piles (hemorrhoids).
Please elucidate.
