Here are the pictures of my injury.
"I acquired chemical burn by using neosporin on my penis head. I wash my injuries off daily with softsoap antibacterial hand soap on a daily basis. I then use cortizone to help me deal with the pain. I have used Aloe Vera gel ( which burns severely), Aloe Vera sun burn spray ( which also burns my skin ) and natural Aloe Vera extract. I don't see any signs relief or positive development. What lotions, cremes, or ointments can I use that won't hurt and also speed up the healing process? Is Cortizone the best option for me? Can I use Diaper rash ointments to help with the relief? Please help!"

Brief Answer:
Stop applying any other cream
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir
Thanks for providing clinical photograph. From description and picture there is balanitis. Local application of unnecessary ointment has lead to aggravation of situation.
I would suggest you the following
1. Stop applying any other cream as it will aggravate the inflammation
2. Local application of Betamethasone cream twice a day will reduce the inflammation
Do keep me updated about progress
Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy life
Take care
Best regards
