Yes I had a cold. It's been bothering me for a few days. Its from cold.
Brief Answer:
This could be due to fluid in the ear.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This could be due to fluid in the ear. Our inside ears are connected to back of nose by a tiny tube. Secondary cold sometimes the function this tube is affected leading to collection of fluid in the ear. Nothing to worry.
I recommend the following.
1) Avoid smoking.
2) Avoid refrigerated foods.
3) Oxymetazoline nasal drops for 6 days.
4) Oral decongestant like tablet levocetrizine with phenylephrine.
5) Valsalva's exercise: Keeping your nose and mouth closed blow air into mouth. When you hear a pop up in the ear release. Repeat this 6 to 7 times a day for 7 days.
You will be fine.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.
Wish you a good health and speedy recovery.
