Question: I have been on 0.5 clonazepam for tinnitus in my deat right ear at bedtime for appox 4yrs and certazine for allagies 10 mg at bedtime and ranadine at bedtime for chronic gastritis. In march I was diagnosed with interacranial hypotension through two MRIs and had cistigram with no leakage found)which causes constant headaches and at times blurred vision, double vision and increased problems with balance(I have had problems w vertigo off n on for appox 15yrs) and at times I will have a real sharp stabbing like pain that just lasts a couple seconds. I am tired alot n don't drive, shop, or do many activities for any lengthy times do to a lightheaded XXXXXXX or numb feeling in my head. I drink plenty of fluids and this last month weaned off clonazepam by cutting it down to .025 for a month n then stopping n certizine(taking Claratin 24hr non Dorsey instead) this has helped my balance tremendously My question is my doctor suggested neuron tin for headaches n sharp stab pains but it has the same side effects of fatigue, balance problems n confusion. I am 68 and wonder if there is something out there that would help without these side effects. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

What if anything can I do to help w the headaches n sharp stabs in my head other then taking neuron tin which has the side effects of fatigue confusion and balance problems because by stopping the clonazepam my balance has improved greatly. I have already seen my ENT for years n have been throug phy rehab for vertigo twice over the years which seems to get worse when on certain meds which is why I weaned off them. Hearing loss was due to radiation
