Suggest Medication For Constant Headache And Blurred Vision With Chronic Gastritis

You can use cinnarine or betahistine with vertigo exercises
Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxxxxx,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Dizziness, tinnitus with hearing loss may be caused by pathology affecting peripheral VIII cranial nerve.
You can take CINNARIZINE with BETAHISTINE for vertigo and do Brandt-Daroff exercise for improvement.
Neurontin may be helpful but with sedation and fatigue as side effect (not in all cases ). Other medications may be continued.
Vertigo exercises are important and may reduce the need for medications.
Get a examination and consultation by an ENT specialist for any structural lesion of Vestibulo-Cochlear nerve.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Take medication as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I will advise you to continue vertigo exercises. However I feel you need medications to treat the headaches. If neurontin is not preferred, in my patients, I prefer to give amitryptiline 10 mg night dose along with Flunarizine (Sibelium ) 10 mg once daily preferably evening or night.
This will help in headache as well as dizziness.
