Suggest Medication For Constipation

Question: Hi doctor,
my wife is having bowel problem . she is not having regular motions , weekly she goes for 3 times but it is very difficult and painful for her due to hardness of stools. kindly suggest some permanent home remedies she can do to get rid of this problem and to get Normal and regular motion.

she is experiencing this problem for last 5 years.sometimes it is very difficult for her.

Your wife is suffering from constipation and a probable anal fissure.
The following may be done for good bowel movements and relief from fissure.

1. Cremadiet Duo 0-0-2 scoops in 250 ml of water
2. High fiber diet (Lot of vegetables and fruits)
3. Lot of fluids
4. Increased physical activity (eg. 30 minutes of brisk walking)

5. Sitz bath for 10 minutes twice a day
6. Anovate cream twice a day to be applied in the anal verge

how many days cremadiet to be used and only at night? and how many days Cream should be applied.
is there anything else she should follow.
