Suggest Medication For Cough, Runny Nose And Fever In A Toddler

Question: Hi Doctor,

My daughter is 1.5 years old. She is having cough, runny nose and fever for past 3 days.
We are giving her following medicines based on her similar situation 2 months back.
- Calpol drops (1.6 ml every 6 hourly, if needed)
- Cetzine syrup (5 ml once a day)
- Ventorlin syrup (3 ml 3 times a day)

Please suggest if the above medicines are ok or anything needs to be added/changed/removed from the above medications?
We have Ambrolite S syrup as well at home if that needs to be given. Please suggest.

Hi Doctor,

I am giving only Ventorlin to her.
I just wanted to confirm that which one would be more effective out of Ventorlin or Ambrolite - S as I have Ambrolite - S also at home with us.

Her weight is approx. 11.2 KG
Calpol Paediatric Oral suspension IP - Each ml contains Paracetamol IP 100 mg
