Question: I am suffering with foreskin cracking since 3 weeks ,please suggest which medicine is fast recovering ....

It seems you are having yeast infection.
I would recommend you to apply topical antifungal like clotrimazole cream or miconazole cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2 weeks .

Sertaconazole cream and capsule itraconazole

Detailed Answer:
You should apply sertaconazole cream on the affected area twice daily and take capsule itraconazole 200 mg once daily for 3 days.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
