Suggest Medication For Diarrhea, Nausea And Mild Headache

Question: Hi Doctor,

My is having stomach from today morning. Motion is watery. Nausea and mild headache. He is 36 yrs old. Could please suggest some medicine and advise on this?

Thanks for your query.

I have gone through the details. He is having gastroenteritis. he can take tab. loperamide 2 mg once or twice a day depending on the number of times he passes stools. Tab. Emeset 4 mg three times a day half an hour before food for nausea. He can take Tab. Dolo 650 mg or Sinarest for headache/fever. He should have plenty of fluids, curds, and buttermilk. He can take Enterogermina respules twice a day for 2 days.
