Brief Answer: XXXXXXX syndrome doesn't require treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern. The rise in bilirubin levels in XXXXXXX syndrome is not significant and doesn't require any treatment.
Usually the bilirubin level rises in cases of acute stress, fever, or any medical illness. This doesn't require any treatment.
However in severe cases Phenobarbital can be used. But usually not preferred.
What's the problem you are facing that is making you searching for a drug to reduce your bilirubin levels.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
