Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I would recommend you to apply nadifloxacin gel ( nadibact gel ) on the pimples twice daily and use a shampoo containing combination of ketoconazole and salicylic acid ( kenz sal or salisia KT shampoo ) twice weekly.
For removal of marks use a hydroquinone cream like kojiglo forte cream on the marks at night.
You can go for la shield sunscreen gel or faceguard sunscreen gel during the day time.
You can wash your face regularly 3-4 times in a day.

Dr. Asmeet
