For improvement in overall sex life following two medicines are recommended which are without any side effects.

You can use medicine cum vitamin supplement containing pyridoxal-5-phosphate, mecobalamin and l-methylfolate (trade name tetrafol plus or metanex) is very helpful in my patients. You may get this medicine over the counter as it is vitamin product. Take it for at least 30 days twice a day after meals and if you feel some improvement continue for 2 months.

As you are form XXXXXXX I would like to also mention ayurvedic medicine option.Tentax forte is the medicine which is used for ED.No side effects has been reported. I use it infrequently and no specific studies are there of its efficacy. Two tablets daily at night with a cup of milk should be taken.
