Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
In order to stabilize your HR and BP I would like to suggest increasing the dose of Bystolic and to add ramipril to actual therapy. In order to help you with adequate medication dosage I need to have all your medical data.
Before giving you an accurate answer I would like to have all your medical reports, especially cardiac echo. Can you please upload the requested data for me?
