Brief Answer:
Folliculitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello, welcome to HCM,
Thanks for the query and photograph .
It is folliculitis, a bacterial infection.
You need treatment with oral and topical antibiotics.

A combination of oral Amoxicillin 500 mg thrice daily and topical Mupirocine twice daily for a week will be helpful for you.

Please meet a doctor and get them prescribed.

Use an antibacterial soap like Triclosan daily to prevent recurrence.

Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
